We want you to be fully satisfied with your handcrafted footwear; if your Solovair boots or shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your footwear is in brand new condition, with no creases or sole wear, and is packed in its original branded shoebox.
Complete Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, clearly indicating whether you require a full refund or a size exchange.
Package and Ship
Securely package the shoebox inside a protective outer layer and ship it to our Northamptonshire warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
